  • how patients/customers are dealt with, 
  • how compounding is performed within the community pharmacy (this part was really amazing for me, I mean formulation and encapsulation all happen so easily and quickly under one roof), 
  • how patients' information/data is entered into the computer system which also keeps a record of the past medications of the patient plus if any allergies are there to any of the medications which will help in future decisions making about medication usage... etc..
